Death Cab for Cutie is an American indie rock band from Washington. To date, they have released several albums; "Something About Airplanes," "We Have the Facts and We're Voting Yes," "The Photo Albums," "Transatlanticism," "Plans," "Narrow Stairs," "Codes and Keys," and earned a number of Grammy Award nominations.
Although I have never seen Death Cab live they have received many rave reviews for their performances. In particular, Death Cab have gained a lot of support from Rolling Stone who describes their musical style as "melodic, melancholy songs about feeling both smart and confused, hopelessly romantic but wary of love." I would certainly encourage you all to get tickets.
